POWER()

Description

POWER(X, Y) returns the value of X raised to the power of Y.

Syntax

> POWER(X, Y)

Arguments

Arguments Description
X Required. Any numeric data type supported now.
Y Required. Any numeric data type supported now.

Examples

> drop table if exists t1;
> create table t1(a int,b int);
> insert into t1 values(5,-2),(10,3),(100,0),(4,3),(6,-3);
> select power(a,b) from t1;
